They don't do anything, they can suck my balls
I have waited over 10 weeks for replacement boots. Every time I call or email I'm told that I have to wait for a shipping number from the warehouse. No one can tell me the status of the warehouse.
Sent in a pair of defected Mens Totes boots back in July. Never received a confirmation email from them about receiving the boots. The front desk and other employees have poor phone etiquette and seem lost when asked a simple question. It took them 4 months to inspect the boots in which I had to call to ask. Two options: they'll send you a replacement or you can get an Amazon gift card equalivalent to the value of the boots. Go with the gift card. I returned defected snow boots over a month ago and I still haven't received replacement boots. It's been over 2 weeks since I last heard from anyone one, and I should have received shipping confirmation for the boots I re-ordered. As much as I like them, I'm never getting Totes boots again. At the very least, I could have glued my boots back together, but now I can't even do that...
