I got financing for my Tracker boat through Eastman Credit Union. Everything started off great. Then I started receiving these automated letters about being charged (17.75%) interest if they haven't received the titles and if they don't have Eastman Credit Union listed as the lien holder on the Titles. As if I personally have any control over when TDW issues the registration or when the State issues the Titles to the boat, motor & trailer.
