Eastman processes things in the order they want to so they are able to charge you overdraft fees and they can make money. When you look at your account and it shows your not negative and then transfer money from another bank account so your bills will clear and within 30 minutes all of a sudden the payments cleared prior to your immediate transfer there's an issue. I pay attention to my accounts and move money as needed. I will most definitely will not be using my account here and using First National Bank only for my payrol... read more
My daughter went to the Eastman Road branch with her dad to pay off her car loan. Her dad gave Kathy, the money to pay off the loan in hundred dollar bills. he was due some change and they didn't want to give it back because my daughter had been charged fees for overdrafts from a random app. They wouldnt work with her at all at that time. Her dad told them that that wasn't his business. He was just paying the loan off.
