Terrible! When you open an account, you are supposed to become a member and part-owner, giving you a vote in how the institution is governed. Don't be fooled! Personalized Service lacks at ECU. Credit unions typically operate on a smaller, community-focused scale, which often leads to more tailored financial advice and customer support.I didn't receive anything tailored, no advice, and certainly not community focused. Don't bank here!

I got financing for my Tracker boat through Eastman Credit Union. Everything started off great. Then I started receiving these automated letters about being charged (17.75%) interest if they haven't received the titles and if they don't have Eastman Credit Union listed as the lien holder on the Titles. As if I personally have any control over when TDW issues the registration or when the State issues the Titles to the boat, motor & trailer.
