Eastlink Espresso are absolute professionals with good prices. Con the technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process. Con made the whole process simple when we had a couple issues with our coffee machine that weren't related to the original issue. He never hesitated to take a second look and was completely honest, making sure our satisfaction was the priority. Thanks again Con, you are a legend 👍😊
i can’t recommend eastlink espresso highly enough for repairs and service of domestic coffee machines. i have a 20 year old ECM Giotto machine which was starting to fail. i found eastlink after a google search which showed good reviews and high levels of customer satisfaction. vittorio and the team brought it back to life with a full overhaul and even made a subsequent home visit free of charge to fix an issue that had not been apparent at the time of the service. they really know their stuff and stand behind their work to t... read more
My wife and I purchased a Lelit coffee machine and Fiorenzato coffee grinder from Vittorio at Eastlink Espresso on Monday the 5th of January 2026. We are so happy with the service and advice we received from Vittorio and he was very helpful over the phone after we got home and called him for some assistance. These guys are the best! I have brought my coffee machine to Neri for its regular maintenance for over 12 years now, and they have been a great help, kind and friendly. My machine always receives excellent service after spending time with Eastlink Espresso! Also, a special shout-out to Vittorio, who took the time to show me the different machines when my old one couldn't keep up; the Rubino is fabulous! Can't recommend these guys enough.
