We just purchased our new ECM Mechanika Max and Turin DF54 grinder as a replacement for our beloved Barista Express, and what an amazing piece of kitchen jewelry this is. Vittorio was amazing to deal with, pricing was competitive, and we couldn't be happier with the high level of customer service we received. Five stars all the way.
Took my Breville coffee machine in for repair. Was given honest feedback that it might not be worth fixing but in the end fixed in less than a week. At the same time I couldn’t go past the machines they sell. Next level. Staff very knowledgeable. Ended up coming home with a fixed machine and a brand new one with grinder. Thanks team.
