So rude on the phone. All I did was call to get information on tires to purchase. He didn't tell me his name but he said he doesn't sit in a office & works outside after he said I need to come in myself to get help with my tires. He laughed when I stuttered when explaining what tires I was looking for. I dont know if he doesn't respect women but he sure is someone I wouldn't do business with.
Don't get me wrong when I post this review. The gentlemen here seem like good people. Truth be told though a mechanic will always be a mechanic. I went for a light bulb change and dude said he might have to remove bumper with labor alone for 1hr was a bit over 100$ (125$ if am not mistaken). He proceeded to find a way to remove light bulb without removing the fender/bumper. Now on the process to replace the bulb he "couldn't" put the new bulb in and said I have to remove the bumper/fender. So in my mind with your words your ... read more
I can’t recommend Eastland Repair enough! Nima was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when working on both my f250 and my Jeep. He took the time to explain everything clearly, found the issues quickly, and got me back on the road without any hassle. It’s rare to find a mechanic who’s this honest, skilled, and dependable. I’ll definitely be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.
I had originally gone to the Mercedes of West Covina Service Center for my back tire that seemed to have a nail in it.. plus my Service B was due. The dealership wanted to replace 3 tires - my car has 15,000 miles. I drove over to EASTLAND REPAIR & TIRE CENTER and was immediately helped. NIMA was my service tech and fixed my tire- he showed me my front and back tires and recommended a tire rotation which I did need. He showed me the tires and explained the ware on front and back.
