This whole process was a cluster F. They don’t take cash just tokens. I only had a 20 and didn’t want 20 in tokens. I paid with my card and it charged me $15. Truly a frustrating and difficult experience that didn’t need to be that way.
I’ve been washing my family‘s cars here for over 10 years. I spent one minute spraying some stuff on my tires and rims and the attendant owner came into the bay and expressed displeasure with my activity and told me to read the rules. I had just changed $20 into their coins spent five dollars vacuuming and was about to spend $15 washing. The rules are very selectively applied. I am very disappointed and will never do business at this car wash again.
Similar story to Liam---I used it 4 minutes 45 seconds and they billed me $15---holy cow! Yeah---cash only!!! or go somewhere else.
It got some dirt and salt off the truck but the automatic wash was a waste money.
