These apartments are a hidden gem in Columbus. I have been at these apartments for just over a year and have been very pleased with all facets of living there. They are a bit old, but they are well maintained and are by far the best deal for apartments in the area. The maintenance crew did a great job with snow removal over the last few months and has been responsive to maintenance requests. Lovely community, maintenance is fast/friendly, safe area with sidewalks, trails, and access to boat rentals at the marina. The marina and a playground are within walking distance. Laundry hookups in unit AND laundry mat on site with very reasonable prices. Gym, pool, pickleball courts are also on site. Free car vacuum and water hose to wash car. Bike racks and carports available. Would recommend.
This is the best place to live, surrounded by trees, lakes, walking trails, and the best of all is the Manager , his office staff and the Maintenance Team! They are very professional and have resolved all maintenance request the same day ! I live with my family of 4 here and we feel very happy! I will recommend anybody to move here ☺️
