When I moved in there were still chunks of cobwebs in the closet, the light fixture in the bathroom had years of dust on it. The picture with the vacuum debris was taken after they claimed the rug was cleaned in between my tenancy and the last person who lived there. The stair picture is the actual photo that the buildings complex manager sent me stating the rug leading down to my apartment had been cleaned. If I could give this place 0 stars i would. I shown a display townhome and it looked very nice. I was told the townhome available was going to be completely brand new and gutted. I didn’t see the place until the day I got my keys. The tub was an awful disgusting green color, very old. The cabinets were old and very ugly. The bathroom vanity was very old and dated. The paint job was terrible, all over the ceiling and cabinets. After my second month here they raised the rent. I moved in September of 2019 and by the second week... read more
