They are unresponsive. I called several days in a row and was told the manager wasn't available to assist me with the status of a preauthorization, but I was promised they would follow up with me each time. They did not. I'll find someone who responds to their clients as if they value them.
Dr Alexander Fong is the worst, rude and crazy, made my gum bleeding and hurt a long time, she did the treatment in a hasty, i can schedule another appointment, but she just treated me like I was a thing without feelings. Would never go back to her again.
I had an excellent experience at Eastlake Modern Dentistry under the care of Dr. Fong - she is in a league of her own! Extremely knowledgable, gentle, and incredibly thorough. Dr. Fong took the time to explain every step, answer all my questions, and ensure I was comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. You can tell Dr. Fong, as well as the entire office, takes great pride in their craft. Thanks, Dr. Fong for the best dental experience ever.

I had a wonderful experience with the dental service for my son. The staff was great and very friendly. My son was treated promptly,and kathia did an excellent job explaining each step while taking x-rays which helped keep him calm and comfortable. The enviroment was warm and comforting,making the visit stress-free. Dr. Oscos provided clear and easy-to-understand explanations throughout the appointment. Overall, I am very satisfied with their professionalism and care.highly recommend!
