ian went above and beyond for us—showing up for a brand new customer on a really busy afternoon to help with an old water heater that almost burst. saying they were friendly and professional doesn't really cover it! they took out the old heater (which was super heavy and tricky since it wouldn't drain or pump), and made sure everything stayed clean and dry. installing the new heater was quick, and they added an expansion tank plus a much better overflow pipe. their soldering was perfect—the neatest plumbing joints i've seen.... read more

Early Monday morning, Brett the plumber arrived to install our new water heater. He was friendly and got the job done fast. In just a couple of hours, everything was working again.
