I think we all want to meet a provider whom is willing to generously: assess us, give us insight into our issue and a plan to overcome it. But too often, as are many industries, we are faces through spinning door that sustain income and overhead. I don't know why here, among many good reviews, that I was the latter. I went in complaining about back pain and they rubbed my hands and feet for an hour. Did nothing and barely touched my back. Overcharged for a poor service. Go anywhere else.

Writing this knowing I'm in the minority, and the chiropractic care I received from Drs Sanchez & Kamell were effective. However, due to "transition to a better billing software", according to office mgmt, I was hit with $400+ due -- ten months after the first five appts. I had also habitually checked my balance w/front desk after sessions in these ten months, about which I was always OK'd until last week over email. Also worth noting I resolved the balance in full.
