Very easy to work with and very patient. We drove from Portland and found the perfect car. It was described exactly as it looked and we drove it home the same day. Their financing options were very good, even being from a different state we were able to get a 1.95% rate! I have recommended some co-workers already to go there. For us, it was worth the drive.
So the person you work with can make the decision themselves and it isn't a negotiation process!! Niiiiice! Also, they don't pressure you, and follow you around the lot. So went back inside and sat down at her desk. She crunched the numbers, ran our credit and said our payment would be $278. My husband was like, yep we'll do it! YEY, mama's getting a new car! :) :It was a great car buying experience, and I have told my friends. This place is great and I will definitely go back when we need to replace my husbands car!
Recently we purchased a 2009 Subaru Impreza from Eastlake Auto Brokers. This had to be the easiest, most pleasant auto purchase I've ever had. A very nice selection of very clean cars to choose from. No pressure whatsoever from the staff and they were very helpful when we decided to test drive. The asking prices were decent but they were still willing to deal. I recently purchased a 2004 WRX sedan from this dealership. My experience here from start to finish was excellent. I haven't purchased too many cars in my life but the few ones I have this was my best experience. Dylan was the salesman who helped me. He was repectful and non pushy the whole time.
