Great place and great people Javy is a great coach listening and attentive, he can adapt to your need and help you develop based on your needs. Everyone has been extremely welcoming, helpful and encouraging. You feel welcome and supported, and your hard work is valued!
A little over a month into CrossFit and I’m loving it! The workouts are challenging, the energy is contagious, and the motivation from the coaches and teammates keeps me pushing harder every day. The schedule is flexible and works perfectly with my routine. The space is amazing, and there’s such a strong sense of community — everyone cheers you on, no matter your level. It’s more than just fitness; it’s about growth, consistency, it's a lifestyle, and a daily source of motivation. So glad I started this journey!
I planned on dropping in twice this week while in town for work, but it didn’t go as planned. The first day was great. Great people, great coach, great facility. Unfortunately, the class on the second day was canceled because the coach couldn’t make it in. While those of us that showed up were a little bummed, we were not deterred. We improvised a workout and had an impromptu class in the parking lot. It says a lot about EastieFit that they have cultivated such a great group of folks that work together in such a positive way... read more
