I am very impressed with this clinic. The phones are answered promptly, receptionists friendly and helpful. I was recently left without a family physician and was accepted almost immediately with one of Easthill’s doctors. There is no long wait for appointments and so far, so good. I feel blessed to have a new health center.
They will only discuss 1 topic and they expect it to be urgent. That's not how walkins should be. It's difficult to see your family dr these days and when you can't wait a month to see your family dr, that's what walkins are for. I don't recommend this place.
This review is for Dr J Ehigiator. My senior parents originally had him as their family doctor as at the time he was the only one accepting patients. Maybe its from his culture, but he didnt like hearing suggestions coz he is the doctor and even if he doesnt say it, you can tell by his tone that he’s irritated when a family member gives suggestions. I had a very negative experience at East Hill Medical Center with a residing General Practitioner. Throughout the consultation, Dr. Ahmed demonstrated a significant lack of professional courtesy. He repeatedly interrupted and spoke over me, preventing me from accurately describing my symptoms or finishing a thought. This behavior not only felt disrespectful but constitutes a failure to properly listen to a patient's history, which is fundamental to safe and effective care.
