Mercedes gave us a tour. She was very courteous and professional. We were impressed with Easthaven.
Feels very validating to see the most recent review. No one fixes anything and lies about doing it. No one comes back or cares. The things that management gets away here is pretty messed up. Things are constantly broken and ignored. The fire panel has literally been going off for months. The constant beeping noise is driving people up the wall. I increasingly feel like I’m not getting what I’m paying for when it comes to this apartment complex. They did fix the bulk of the issues with my unit in a timely manner, but they’ve cut amenities like the club room and the chances of the jacuzzi being fixed are slim to none. If the rent was a few hundred bucks lower and everything advertised was available I’d be a lot happier…but right now it’s a matter of just putting up with it while I hunt for a condo.
