Horrible is the only word to describe the new management! They charge you for everything if you use it, or not. If that thing works or not. For example, they charge $15.00 for amenities, but it is almost always closed and it is open only to the staff and employees, or the tennis court has become a dumping place, but they charge the residents. You are charged $10.00 for pest control, and you never see them "Controlling the pest". In the Spring and summer, the apartments are full of small bugs and little worms. The charges for... read more
