it’s a nice neighbourhood to live in and gen though units are old. Waiting for winters to see how they cope up with Snow and clenaing. The bigger issue i have is the water bill that’s coming so high and upon asking managment they said that there is third party company CONSERVICE who calculates the bill based upon number of people in the unit and amount of water used and then there is a formula they use.
