My first appointment with this surgery. The Nurse Michelle is kind, nice and fun. Very professional. The receptionist is lovely as well! Amazing service! Well done
Lovely staff
I can never understand the bad reviews. Can typically get an appointment same or next day, and the staff in reception, nurses and doctors are always polite and helpful.
Mixed feelings about this surgery. The reception staff are great and there are two doctors, Dr Suresh and Dr Khan who are just wonderful. They are so caring. But the other doctors aren’t great. They don’t listen, they rush you, they are rude and they aren’t very helpful. I’ve been reduced to years a few times over the lack of care and empathy from these other doctors
Had a smear test today with Michelle, our Practice Nurse, she was so informative, kind, and made the whole process really easy and painless. We need more nurse Michelle's in the world! If you have to get this done (us women do) Michelle is the person you want to see! ❤️
