My mother lived here and no air conditioning, impossible to get to the shared washer and dryer. No maintenance, no I've removal, sidewalks are very slippery in winter. Toilet took a year to fix. I do not recommend this place to live.

I lived here for about 8 months the year of 2015 , it's very quiet , they are well kept town houses, but they are extremely tiny the bedrooms are so small, other then that they are great , I moved out and I got all my deposit money back within 2 weeks , Mike is the manager there he is pretty cool he's great, I would move here again but only if I absolutely have too
