Caring, knowledgeable, handles pets with concern, want what's best for the animal, reasonable and carefully counted cost(s), good location to bring animals in, staff is aware of proper protocols necessary to accommodate animals, vet care is comfortable for the animals, and good comfortable and clean facility.
My first time there with my pugs. The staff was super friendly and very caring! Dr. C is Awesome! Pugs are known to have huge allergic reactions and he was very aware of it. My female happened to have a really bad reaction and he was right there the whole time giving her meds and telling me what he was doing and why. And also what I needed to do. He checked on her frequently while we waited to make sure she was ok! And shes great! I really enjoyed everyone there!
