What a fantastic team! They saved me from my own shortcut blunder...long story short: went to a 1 hour eye-exam and lens craft - ended up with the wrong eye prescription and they were unable to use my old eye frames. In the end Eastgate Optical helped me correct my eye prescription for both computer and regular glasses. Otherwise I was bound to have had $500 worth of useless lenses. Bottom-line: this team is professional and know what they are doing - and they take good care of their customers.
First time going to this facility and I have to say I highly recommend it! The staff was very nice and the doctor was very helpful. It was a very clean and inventing experience all in all! Now, go and get your exam done lol!
Eastgate Optical is my choice for all my family's eye care needs in Boise. Their staff is extremely caring and friendly. My son, who is entering junior high next year, has been talking with Dr. Winbigler for a year now about the opportunity to wear contacts. Dr. Winbigler and his staff presented my son with the right amount of info for a young teen. The staff at Eastgate was gracious and patient while training my son to insert and take out the contacts. Dr. Todd Winbigler is the Best and only eye doctor I will see for my eyes though I have my Favorite gals in the office there all wonderful. Been going back for close to 20 years. He was wonderfull for my boys when there were little also.
