The receptionist was unprofessional and rude, first and last visit for sure!
I've been bringing my family here for many years ,they are good Drs and I appreciate their help when I've been unwell
Been going to this clinic for years since it’s the closest to my house. All the receptionist are always very rude, they also talk shit about you behind your back (I understand the language they use). You need to wait an hour or more to get checked in + waiting for the doctor. The doctors also just prescribe you a medication in 3 minutes and go without really empathetically listening to your situation. If you have no other choice, this clinic gets the job done but if you are expecting quality you’ll be disappointed.
I saw Dr.Dikna today at the medical centre. He helped me alot with my condition. He was very kind and attentive. I felt he cared and took time to listen. I 100% recommend him as a doctor and a person
