Went in an hour and 45 minutes before closing, no one else there. Office staff barely even acknowledge me and was extremely rude. And then stated Doctor didn't have time to see me. Was very shocked by the treatment
The receptionist on the phone was rude and dismissive.
Rude staff! I booked for appointment and asked who I’m talking to because she didn’t introduce her name. As a client I need to know who I’m talking to she said she’s not giving her name as she’s not comfortable. I’m Not coming back to this clinic again! She worked Oct . 2 at 6pm answering calls.!she talks like she’s not interested and talk rudely that’s why she’s not giving out her name coz she’s afraid I will call managers. But she worked Oct. 02 6pm if your not giving your name.!
I have been coming to Eastgate off and on for 3 years. I always seemed to get Dr Triki and thank God for that, he is incredible. Always solved my issues and listened to me, unlike most Dr's who dismiss you. I begged him to be my family doctor and he said yes. If you want great care, please go see him. The girls up front have always been very nice and polite and the pharmacy is by FAR the best service I have ever recieved. Thanks Eastgate!
