Had a great experience at Eastgate Ford Chris was great
Bogus extra parts fees. Avoid Eastgate. Bought a tiny 19 dollar hydraulic clip which should have been 4 dollars but okay it's a dealer. They added a shipping fee even though I was picking it up in Hamilton. 5 dollars. Then they added a mystery handling fee. Another 5 dollars. Then of course tax. 32 dollars. But it was the wrong part. I returned it to the parts desk one minute later butl they charged 25 percent restocking fee! I received 16 bucks back for a 32 dollar clip that was the wrong part Avoid these thieves.
