Poor ownership and property management
The only reason why there's so many run down it's because when people get evicted they destroy it so they can't make money on it that's why there's so many rundown if people would just move instead of destroying the property they would be able to fix them and sell them for other people to live in trust me I live in a mobile home park in Michigan I remodel tear down and set up mobile homes I've gone into a few mobile homes and people have destroyed them cutting wires putting holes in the walls and it makes it harder for the c... read more
