Reception desk are rude and arrogant doctors s policy must be if your unwell don't call
Review on behalf of my mother who visited there for the first time. She was in and out quite quickly. The doctor brushed off everything she was explaining about the pain and kept talking over her and then saying you’ll be fine it’s only been 2 days of pain (when she said it was more than 2 days) The last time she felt this same pain she then couldn’t walk for a week, had x rays and physio referrals. Saw Dr Steven Yung in 2020. Terrible doctor, very rude, impatient and would not want to hear about my knee pain and what I was experiencing. He said "I don't care what any other doctor or physio said about your knee". Came across very rude when I thought this was good background information for him to have before looking at my knee. Even if he has had a bad or stressful day - highly unprofessional to take it out on his patient who is only trying to provide extra information. Check out the poor reviews of the place. I have been going to East Gardens Medical centre and seeing Dr Chitra Pandit. She is a very knowledgeable and a fantastic doctor. She is professional , approachable and takes a preventative approach during consultation.
I was never told beforehand when I made the booking to take a covid test and then forced to pay 5$ to purchase one before going to see the doctor. Doctor was fine though.
