I’ve been at this surgery since feb 25, never had any issue here, quality service for me and my children, can’t recommend enough, Dr Innocent especially. Even recently with the eastfield practice closed due to flooding, the service has remained outstanding

I'd been at this practice since birth, so a good 27 years, I've watched it increasingly get worse and due to my own ignorance thought everywhere was like it (I have discovered it isn't). In the past 5 years I'd had a locum doctor question why I was ringing about my mental health and tried to palm me off with antidepressants over the phone (?!), no medication reviews, fobbed off about my hormonal imbalance, nurses unable to take my blood so sending me to phlebotomy at the hospital - the list goes on and I was left feeling inc... read more

I find it highly confusing how they can run a GP surgery with no GPs. They have constantly caused issues with my medication for chronic pain, often leaving me days without the medicine I need and in absolute agony. They should be ashamed of the service they are providing. They have messed up my medication three times over the past three months and left me in severe pain, with little care or regard for this. My advice is to avoid them.
