Considering some of the reviews here thought I'd share my experience. Had something I'd been putting off getting checked out, went through the online process, received a follow-up message within 24 hours with a face to face appointment booked within 4 working days. On the day was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, with a polite and reassuring doctor

I have only had good experiences at this surgery. The online booking system takes a bit of time to get used to but responses and appointments have been quick on all occasions. I have seen 3 different doctors and they were all brilliant and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I've been with Eastfield House for a very long time and all the doctors (and nurses!) have been great. I currently have Dr Zorana who is fantastic and I feel really cares about my well being. The reception team are very helpful too.

All three surgery’s in my catchment area in Newbury are, at best, poor but Eastfield House is unquestionably the worst. Apathetic GPs, draconian online booking system that does everything it can to prevent you actually coming face to face with one of those lathargic and unengaged doctors, referring you anywhere and everywhere else rather than offering first hand help. This is the worst rated surgery in Newbury and I can see why. As other disillusioned patients have attested in these rewiews, go elsewhere… ANYWHERE ELSE!
