I was not impressed to say the least. I took my pet there for regular grooming. When I returned to pick him up, whatever happened he appeared to have traumatized. His eyes were a big as saucers and they couldn't retrieve him from the cage. He was bundled up in the corner, looking so scared. I have never seen him that way before. He looked like they use a scissors to do the grooming. It was extremely uneven all over his body. If they had told me upfront that they have no experience with maine coons I would have appreciated it... read more
This vet is absolutely HORRIBLE RUDE and very Inconsiderate The Dr was very Attentive BUT the Staff and what I am dealing with very inappropriate They want me to pick up my Dead Pet of 13 years Because THEY are RUDE and no Compassion for me as an owner Which I was told he was cremated BUT only to find out He has not been cremated and was told to come get my deceased BABY and when I do the cremation fees would be returned HORRIBLE
