We have had a wonderful experience having our pool remodel with Eastex. We interviewed and got estimates from 4 companies, Eastex stood out to us. Bill and Felice were great to work with and handled our remodel perfectly. I will highlight that working with Felice as the project manager was on my end at least a huge comfort. She kept us in the loop of the day to day of events happening on the pool. Eastex Pools did an awesome job remodeling our old 1970’s pool. Communication was impeccable. Felice informed me every week what to expect. Our pool turned out exactly the way we wanted. They are very knowledgeable and the Kenny family are wonderful people.
Several years ago we did a major makeover to our backyard and used Eastex Pools to build a pool and outdoor kitchen. Bill and Felice were awesome to work with and their crews did a great job. We have since moved and the one thing we wish we could have taken with us is that backyard!
Bill and his entire family were a joy to work with from design to the last detail. Bill was very knowledgeable about the special permits required for our large lot in the City of Houston/Kingwood and was able to get them expedited with no problems. The entire Eastex Pool family gave 100% and we are so blessed to have found them. Skye helped us come up with a beautiful design. We just passed 10 years from the completion of our Eastex pool, decking, landscape and gazebo and everything looks like it was installed yesterday! We were even flooded during Harvey and the first contractor to arrive at our home as we were mucking out the interior was Eastex, who had the pool cleaned, filled, balanced and running in a couple of weeks. We have been recommending them to everyone in our community since 2013. Love them and the family!
