Kept a truck for a whole MONTH and couldn’t figure out the problem but took it upon themselves to replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced which cost $2600. Decided to pick up the truck this morning and take it to Performance Truck in Cleveland. They found the problem AND had it fixed by this afternoon. Avoid this place if you can help it. Shady business practices. if I could give 0 stars I would.

This is one of the most disorganized and dishonest shops I have ever used. Art is not honest. I brought my truck for a transmission leak and decided to go ahead and also replace the transmission. Art was recommended by a for employee of Jamails in Houston as Art was an employee there. This was a 2 week experience which should have been 4 days.
