This is one of the most disorganized and dishonest shops I have ever used. Art is not honest. I brought my truck for a transmission leak and decided to go ahead and also replace the transmission. Art was recommended by a for employee of Jamails in Houston as Art was an employee there. This was a 2 week experience which should have been 4 days. Stopped in to see if they could help with an issue getting bolts tightened on a 5th wheel hitch. The owner was eager to help and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Would come back here again for any issue in the future.
Triag Logistics has been broken down multiple times and Art comes through like a fairy godmother! He's very reasonable and got our truck running all within a days time each time.
Truck wash pretty much stranded with a bad injector and fuel in the oil. We were able to hobble into Art's shop and he quickly diagnosed the issues. He went above and beyond what we were expecting and didn't take advantage of us with the amount he charged. And he had our truck out in a day! One of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. I would go out of my way just to use his shop. We will definitely be returning when the truck requires attention and we are within reach to him.
I had my trailer with blown airbags on the side on the shoulder and Eastex Fleet Solution came fast to help on a Friday , and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called in for help the staff were there to help . They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear, honest estimate.
