My keys were locked in the trunk of my car the seats didn't lay down I I couldn't open it they went out and was able to get my keys out free of charge they were also very courteous

I dropped off my vehicle on September 1st, 2021 to Rene who gave me an estimated turn around time of 1 week to have my catalytic converter replaced after being stolen. Terrible !! Run away! Don't have your car towed there! You will regret it!! I had a terrible experience and very uncalled for. If you don't choose to get your job done there, you will be penalized!..I had a terrible experience! I think his name was David or Daniel who was making unnecessary and rude remarks to me once I decided to have my car worked at a different shop.
