Easter Seals, Salem branch is headed by a thoughtful, professional and very gifted woman, Miss Debra White. I am very impressed with her ability to run the office though she still has to run interference for the board's decisions (regarding the changes they seem to make often in the Salem office without consulting anyone in Salem). All the staff in the office is both personal and professional in finding work for the SCESEP participants. I have been so impressed that I joine the PAC (Participant Advisory Council).

They do very little out of the Salem office. And take credit where it's not due. Then after months of not being involved with the program they call your employer until you send a pay stub. More than likely so they can collect money from Obama for "helping" you. They do open doors to other avenues but you have to do everything and get the ball rolling. And your word is not good enough.
