Got me on the right medications. Poor customer service and they make you do a bunch of extra stuff just to get your medicine.
Dana was an amazing therapist who cared deeply for my child, with her he made monumental progress in many areas of struggle. When my child went to Keith, there was not much help the man provided him, sessions were not productive, and no progress made. Gabby is a terrible 'therapist'. She refuses to listen, communicate, follow any sort of court documentation or custody agreements, or answer any of my questions, or schedule during a time for which I can attend. Adding another review to post that I spoke with someone higher up than Jennifer or "jenny" and was told we did indeed qualify for Sara and when she comes back we would get her but guess what?? Jenny is making her same claims so now I will be going to the very top as far as I can get and making sure everyone i know is aware of this. We loved Sara and if it is her who does not want us as patients then thats fine but promises were made and people have been extremely unprofessional.
