I’ve been to 4 places and this was better than all of them. We make our own food and are allowed to use the kitchen in crisis stabilization as well as have our electronics. Kept me safe, gave me one on one therapy, and stabilized me. Some of the staff suck though. I don’t remember who but there was one staff that was very condescending and one that was an angel. Love this place. Made me happy. Soft and comfortable and just amazing for all kinds of situations. Andrew is the GOAT.
i don't like this place
My 7 year old takes swim lessons here through Central Iowa Aquatics and he loves it. We are really making progress. Trying to get ready for outdoor pools when the season comes.
I lost all respect in the Iowa Easterseals for protecting their employee Jessie Rudin and the pictures she took.
If you have medical equipment that you no longer need or use Easter Seals is a great place to have it recycled and they will get it to someone who can use it and will appreciate your donation. Easter Seals also have many programs including camp Sunnyside for kids. The Ankeny campus is very convenient and well maintained.
