Ernesto came out today and did an excellent job placing a buzzer on strike in our old system and made it work!! Highly recommend and if you ever need a job access control/cameras/alarm...get Ernesto...he knows exactly what is needed and no frills. Straight to buisnes....hands down will call again.

We use Easter's for installing, re-keying, and repairing the locks in our secure condo building. Bruce is the technician we have been working with, and he is a magician! He has resolved every tricky lock problem we have presented him with, with good humor and professionalism.
The guy Issac shows up late and sits in his van for hours. Didn’t fix anything. I’m sure he does this all the time. It’s insane.
Chris did an excellent job and actually went above and beyond with the installation. It turns out there was a problem with the previous installation that was causing my issues. Chris fixed that and i really appreciated his time and effort. I'd recommend this company to everyone!!
