Called to get an estimate on a keyless entry system, and was told that someone would return my call. Two weeks later I called back and was told that the person that heads that department would give me a call. Still no return call. After a month I have given up on ever hearing from them.
The service was quick. The rep was polite. The customer service was excellent.
Update: I wanted to update my original review because Easter Lock made things right. Management reached out, issued me a refund, and corrected the installation issue—the lock is now properly aligned. I appreciate that they addressed my concerns and stood behind their work.
