Bad experience, came here about 2 times (giving a second chance) and they damage my pickup truck. Waste of $40 for a bad job.
I shouldve looked at the reviews beforehand. I went about 3 days ago, waited a 20 minute wait so i left. I came back and i asked for a normal car wash (the car was not as dirty but i took the car while i went shopping at staples) i was upset at the fact the car came back home with new scratches. The service was ok but they are rude about not cleaning well and still insisted in paying full price i asked for a receipt and they declined. Got charged $40 for scratches and a unprofessional job. unprofessional: not careful with vehicles. I normally rate 5 stars but this experience is truely terribly disappointing.
Bad service. Scratched up my new car and did not even wash it well (only the wheels they actually cleaned) and charged me either way. Lost a customer
They charged $35 clearly showed the lady it was dirty it had bird poop and everything, still did not do anything. Lady came out with rag just to not do anything and still charge full amount. Came out with damage, scratches on front and headlight that it did NOT have before! Brand new car, 2025 and it comes out looking like an old scratched up car. First time, never again.
