Very unhappy about how Gary and his teams work is holding up. I got the interlocks and fencing done in Nov 2024. In Arpil 2025, a section of the fence was already leaning due to some heavy wind. In July 2025, the wood on the shed base was bending and creating an uneven surface due to improper installation. Gary and team were able to come fix these issues in a timely manner. =======SUBSTANDARD QUALITY OF WORK - RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN============ We hired Gary Chen to install interlock pavers and verbally agreed on white pavers to be used for the interlock in 2025. However, when the job was completed, we were shocked to find dark grey pavers instead of the white ones we had agreed upon. When confronted, Gary denied ever agreeing to the white color and kept insisting that the color delivered was standard for the price paid. ***BEWARE KEEP AWAY..I FEEL SCAMMED*** If possible, I would have given a - 5 review for Gary. After reaching out to Gary and booking him by paying a 10% cash deposit in Aug, the interlock work was done in Oct end (I am not complaining about that). The deal was to have a white Riverstone installed which was verbally discussed and agreed. As a owner my mistake was that I believed and trusted without emailing or texting him the color.
