I had a chain get jammed between the cassette and hub on a gravel bike (my bad) while riding the trails at Mt Emily. It was jammed too hard for a trail side repair. I drove the bike to Eastern Wheelworks to see if they could help. The shop owner was extremely kind and very quickly had the chain unjammed, derailleur hanger straightened and derailleur adjusted in under 30 minutes. Unbelievably great service.
100 percent best service around. The owner is amazing and very helpful!
