Terrible customer service from the operational manager. I called asking for warehousing rates, hoping to provide them with our business, and his exact words were "take me off your list and never call me again". Even if their warehouse does not handle LTL consolidations, he easily could have communicated this in a kind way.
Fast turnaround if you arrive on time for your appointment slot. Office people are pleasant, but strict - I don't blame them, the place is located right at the port of Newark and the surrounding area has heavy traffic. Loaders are fast, but you are required to be on dock when being loaded - I honestly don't mind, if I put my name on it, I want to see what is being loaded into my truck and to confirm the counts..
One of the slowest places that I’ve ever been. They just don’t care. It will take you 6hrs minimum so they start loading you! The worst place to be. Update: it took me 8hrs and 30 mins!
I’m honestly shocked how this place has 5-star reviews. I’m pretty sure they make their employees leave those ratings because this place is the worst! Flatbed drivers, beware — you’ll waste your entire day just trying to get loaded. Absolutely terrible experience.
