Dr. Pasquale is the best. However we are considering no longer seeing her to avoid dealing with their billing department. They NEVER get it right. I have 2 insurances. If I had only one my copay for my allergy shots is $20.00. With 2 insurances I should not pay anything bacause my secondary insurance picks up the difference (which they did). I get a $350.00 bill for allergy shots??? Not the first time either. I am so done with their billing dept.
I have had consistently horrible service with the billing department. The front desk staff isn't exactly friendly either. It's a shame that's the only way I can see Dr. Scott is by dealing with that crappy office. The Dr. is great but the office staff is horrible.
