When we needed to replace the cables on our rear door and repair the hydraulic lift gate, Taylor was incredibly responsive with our quote and completed all repairs within just 48 hours of drop-off. My truck has been broken down and I took my truck into them. I told them that my truck has been to numerous shops and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I asked them for the tech guy, the one who goes out and they told me he was not available. They utilized the diagnostic guy . He then hooked my truck up to the computer and went inside to talk to Taylor. I left the truck there and at the end of the day they called me and told me the truck was ready.
