A wonderful experience. Eastern Title and Settlement made the entire process so easy and efficient. Holly was highly professional and took care of all our needs and answered questions promptly. We enjoyed working with Holly and everyone at Eastern Title.
This was the worst experience with a title company and I would not recommend their company. My mom’s house was sold on June 14th 2024 and the deed still hasn’t been transferred 6 months later , supposed to happen today but I’ve heard that before . They never paid the final water bill like they were supposed to do at settlement so we are still trying to get this taken care of .
