They scammed me. Told me they had all the equipment to work on my Prius, then when I brought it in for a brake job, they told me they couldn't deal with it and charged me over $200.
The BEST service overall we have ever received! Honestly. We cannot say enough positive things about the services we received from Eastern Tire and Auto/Rockport. From the warm, helpful, support from Jenn and Tracy, to the honest, fast, and thorough service from Kyle and the technicians who worked on our 2016 Tahoe. The staff are super great!
We have a commercial fleet of four vehicles, and every time we have an issue, they get us right in as quickly as possible so we can get back out, i'm back to work!
