Useless. They sent out a granite countertop with a five inch scratch on it. Then they waited 5 days to cut a new one. In the meantime my kitchen is unusable. Now they are saying it will be another 5 days before they will install. Kenya, our point of contact continually says she will call us with updates, but never does. She is horrible. If this was any other situation I would have canceled the order. Steer clear of this company. Steer clear of Lowe’s as Eastern Surfaces is their choice for countertops.

I placed my order through Lowes they surely are not the problem.. EASTERN SURFACES ARE THE PROBLEM..... Once I saw they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITIES... I decided to check out their reviews.. They are not accommodating at all... they dont care if they lose a customer. This company was just calling to set up first appointment and they told me " WE CAN NOT HAVE OUR WORKERS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WAITING FOR YOU... keep in mind it was only a 15min difference .. they said 4pm I told them I get out at 4pm and get home by 41... read more
