My husband was in the ER with a kidney stone problem. They told him that he needs to follow up with Dr. Robert in the next two days. Guess what, there are no appointments available and that they will call us next week to see if there are any appointments available. If it was a matter of life and death, my husband would have already died.
This morning I contacted the office of Dr. Steven Sobey, located in Southampton, New York. I have been a patient of Dr. Sobey for over 3 years. I needed to make an emergency appointment as I think I may have a urinary infection. The office receptionist told me the earliest appointment she could give me was three months in the future.
