I recently had the side of my car replaced and the work that eastern suburbs did was amazing. They provided me with a courtesy car. Their service was fantastic and I would strongly recommend anybody use them either through an insurance company or direct. They were quick they had great communication with me as a customer. They kept me updated all the time and they moved at such pace so I was able to get my car back within under a week. Thank you so much strongly recommend people use them.
From first enquiry to collecting car the service was FANTASTIC.
Got in an accident and Eastern Suburbs Panel and Paint was recommended for me as they were close by and had good reviews. Received my car washed and inside vacuumed! Unfortunately some days later I got an unexpected ESP light and along with that I noticed some damage to my A-Pillar vent. It’s unfortunate that the car was amazing outside yet it came back with some non-accident related damage.
I felt the experience to be care free painless as the team at Eastern Suburbs Panel and Paint keep me informed all the way through. The staff are friendly and willing to help throughout the process even right to the end. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys, Mark.
