I am extremely disappointed with the service/ lack of from this company and their customer assistance. I contacted the company in November in regards to fixing a garage door as we were unable to open it, the technician came to my property on 20th November 2023. Upon arrival, the technician quickly "concluded" there was no power to the garage, we would in fact need electrician and there was nothing he could do.
