I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Eastern Subaru. Frankie and the team made the entire process easy from start to finish. There was no pressure and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Thanks Frankie for making my car buying experience stress free and enjoyable.
Having had a less than desirable experience with Glen Waverly Subaru, I was overwhelmed by the professional and honest service I received at Eastern Subaru this week, from Deb on reception to James diagnosing the problem, rapidly after listening to the sound recorded on my phone. The pricing, communication and workmanship deserves 5 stars in my book. thankyou
Great service, booked online, good communication through out the service.
