Very happy with our new Subaru forester . Jacob from Lilydale Subaru was helpful and at no stage did we feel any pressure it buy . He answered all our questions clearly . Pleasure to deal with.
Tried to book my 3 Rd Subaru which I purchased from these guys for a service the woman on phone was rude and no idea. This is second time this happened so won't be purchasing or going to this business again as obviously they don't care about customer service . As you just got to read reviews. Sorry guys you have lost a longtime customer of 13 years . And yes I received a call from the owner Sol telling me it be in my best interests to change my review . Secondly wasnt abusive or demeaning to any stuff. .
I'm happy to recommend Eastern Subaru's Service Dept for their recent 30,000k Service of my CrossTrek. The car has always run very well, all systems as new. Car remains a pleasure to drive
