We purchased our second car from Eastern Subaru (2026 Trailseeker). We also have a 2021 Outback from them. We did shop around for other brands and dealers but ended up committing again with Eastern Subaru. The sales team was excellent, especially Jacob, and we had plenty of test drives. Thanks Jacob and the team for a great deal and effortlessly changing from my Outback to my new Outback.
Although it took a while to track down the exasperating and intermittant sound, it finally became consistant enough for the mechanic to hear it and the team at Subaru were on to it immediately replacing the aircon fan. All fixed along with the use of their Hybrid Forester.
We took delivery recently of a 2026 Solterra Touring and love it. It had a small, but difficult to diagnose fault in the driver seat positioning pre-programmer. We were provided with a courtesy car and kept regularly informed of progress. Now fixed. Our thanks to Alex and the service team.
