We’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with Eastern Star. My mother-in-law has been in their assisted living wing for the past 6 months. The staff are very kind, attentive and communicative with us about her health. I have had the pleasure of working here since December 2023. A new experience for me to work in non profit. I love the management team, they are the most loving people I have met in this industry. Eastern Satar has changed I had worked for Eastern Star for almost 5 years. I am getting many calls from unhappy families of residents that are living at Eastern Star. They are very unhappy with the management and the culture. It It breaks my heart to know that I i can never refer to Eastern Star. There are complaint about billing and all the mistakes that are happening with the residents bills from double billing residents to not billing residents for several months.
