I recently reached out to Eastern Star Jade Workshop over email, and their customer service was absolutely incredible. Even though we weren't able to make a deal in the end, the level of professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness they showed was by far the best I've ever experienced. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire interaction feel personal and genuine. I can't recommend them enough for their outstanding service.

Churk was super helpful and patient with helping me find the perfect jade necklaces to gift to my family! I love how he gave me multiple options (color and sizing) and even found one not listed on his site. He was also very responsive and knowledgable about the types of jade when I had lots of questions. I really appreciate his custom settings, transparent pricing and quick and easy shipping! 10/10 highly recommend!

I worked with Churk solely through email. He communicated with me every step of the way sending me pictures of the process. He showed me the rock that he was going to use, but due to some measurement issues he sent me a picture of another rock. He informed me that he thought the original rock was nicer. I trusted him and went with it as the measurement difference was very minor. I even added a ring to my order. He was very accommodating. Beautiful and REAL jade pieces here. They can custom make almost anything for you as well. I have a medium large wrist so it tends to be hard to find something in my size. I was so lucky they dug this one out for me and were able to resize up to around a 63.4 for me. It's perfect and the color is gorgeous. Excellent experience buying from the Churkworkshop. Every peice comes with information about the jade and quality. I've purchased many pieces and enjoy them all. I wish the Churkworkshop continued success and fortune. My recent purchases were just as described, all sorts of green jade. Accent diamonds look great with it and comfortable design.
