Soooooo pleased with the service and expertise provided. They were so helpful with my cat who needed kidney stone surgery. The follow up was also very thorough and they have such a caring staff. I spoke a lot with Kara who is a vet assistant there and she was just the best!!! I live in Calgary as well and the commute was very pleasant and scenic.

This could easily have been a five‑star review if not for the receptionist, whose scowling demeanor and dismissive attitude set an awful tone the moment we walked in. Instead of showing even a shred of empathy for the stress we were under with our pet, she radiated self‑importance, treated us like an inconvenience, overcharged our bill, and even managed to punctuate it all with impatient sighs and tuts. Very professional, I trust this clinic with Horses,dogs and cats. Always fair, friendly and accommodating.
Absolutely loved the place, UNTIL I went in for an extremely chipped tooth I was worried about— charged me over $100 for the vet to tell me “poke the tooth yourself at home” and that was all that he did for me.
