Tim was great for our whole stay , we had 10 kids with us and they were a bit loud , he was very tolerant of us and accommodating through the whole stay . I highly recommend Eastern Slope Inn for any family gatherings and I know if you speak with Tim at the front desk he will help set up your stay !!!!!
We are currently staying here and, in our experience, this has been the most disappointing resort stay we have had. We paid full price for a room inside the resort. The website clearly offers separate options for rooms located about half a mile away, which we intentionally did not book because we specifically wanted to stay in the resort itself. We were surprised to find that we were placed in a building that is a five minute walk away across a main road, and this possibility was not clear to us when booking. We chose this r... read more

Tim was the nicest and most hospital manager I ever came across in a hotel. 5 stars for his welcoming personality!
When we had a problem with our room, the manager was happy to help to further accommodate us. All staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel itself was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend staying here!
